This began as a way to organize recipes I found in magazines - much easier than a bunch of papers piling up all over the place! I've also started sharing some of my own personal & favorite recipes.

Cake mix cookies

1 box of cake mix
1 egg
1/3 cup of water
1/3 cup of oil
Mix all & roll into balls, place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Makes 2 dozen.

I wasn't too crazy about them. I used devils food & made some like thumb print cookies with raspberry jam - those were OK. I'm going to give it another chance & make them with another flavor one day.
